Resources

There are three documents to help you:

  1. Tutor notes: provide an outline of the course content for each session.
  2. Handouts: detailed notes to provide students with written support for the skills learnt during the course. These handouts also contain other information which might be useful, for example on back-ups.
  3. Tasks: Exercises linked to the skills being learnt and designed to reinforce the teaching.

To download the document, click the one you want. You may get a box asking if you wish to open the file, or save it. If you are not sure about how to save a file, click ‘open’.

There are more resources on the links page.

If you have any comments, please let me know at help@learncomputing.org.uk but I regret I cannot answer specific computer questions.

There are two file types available:

Adobe Acrobat version (pdf). Use this version if you don’t want to change the document as it will display, and print, better.

Word 97-2003 version (doc). Use this version if you wish to change the document.
